On 20-th of July 2016, was officially opened metrostation "Vitosha" from the new extension of Line 2 of the Sofia Metropolitan. The new subway station is equipped with 4 vending machines, from which passengers can buy a single transport document for billing. Payment is made with coins of 10, 20, 50 st., 1 lev and 2 lev and banknotes of 2, 5 and 10 lev. The vending machines give the remainder in coins. |

From 08-th May 2015, on disposal of the citizens in the newly opened metro stations is the latest innovation in the capital - machines, developed and produced by "KLUBFERBAND-ITA" Ltd., from which travelers can buy a tickets for a single trip or load e-card with 10 trips with bank cards. |

Payment can be made with any MasterCard or Visa Card by entering a PIN code or contactless. Along with a ticket for single trip or loaded electronic card, the vending machine issues a receipt.
According to the Sofia Municipality, the new section of the subway to the station “Business park” in the "Mladost" district serves nearly 42 thousand passengers a day.

INNOVATIVE SYSTEMS FOR TICKETING |
KLUBFERBAND-ITA offers POS terminals for the management of mechanisms for access control and ticketing with barcode, which are fiscal documents pursuant to Regulation H-18 of the Ministry of Finance. The tickets are printed in a printing house and may have a specific design, depending on their purpose. Upon issuance of the tickets, on the reverse side is printed additional information, bar code for access control and fiscal information.

POS terminals are connected via 3G-modems in a network with a common control center, where recorded barcodes of issued tickets and validate them in real time. This allows the tickets to be issued by the cash desks in one place and to be visited objects to another place, or to be visited different places with one ticket. The cash desks can be fixed or mobile, allowing this technology to be used for visitors to stationary objects and for passengers in integrated ticketing systems in public transport.

The sale of tickets with barcode for the visitors of ethnographic complex "Damascena" is performed by POS, and access is controlled by two tourniquets. The POS terminal has a built-in fiscal printer for tickets with barcode, allowing simultaneous with the issuance of tickets, to print on it a fiscal receipt. There can be issued tickets with different prices: for children, students, pensioners, disabled, group tickets and self-visit. Tickets are checked by scanning the barcode from a scanner built into the tourniquet. When a ticket is valid, opens the mechanical door (tourniquet), which authorizes the entry of the visitor.

The automat is designed for opening a door or turnstile against payment with coins. Works with coins of 5 st., 10 st., 20 st., 50 st. and 1.00 lev. The ticket price may be adjusted. The machine for control of door / turnstile, issues a receipt and returns the change, if necessary. There is a possibility for issuing a daily, monthly and Z-report. Stay in touch with the NRA.
